OTOUR Travel Limited (香港歐途旅遊有限公司, “OTOUR”, “we”, “us”) provides corporate travel management services from Hong Kong. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Enquiry data — the name, company, work e-mail, telephone number and message you submit through our forms.
- Traveller data — where you are a client, the profile information needed to make and manage bookings, such as passport details, frequent traveller numbers, preferences and emergency contacts.
- Booking and transaction data — itineraries, tickets, invoices and payment references.
- Technical data — browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To make, change and support travel bookings on your behalf.
- To meet duty-of-care obligations to travellers.
- To produce reporting on spend, compliance and emissions for client organisations.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and other applicable jurisdictions.
3. Legal bases
Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) applies, we rely on your consent for marketing communications, on the performance of a contract or steps preparatory to a contract for bookings, and on legal obligation or legitimate interest for record-keeping and service improvement.
4. Sharing
We share data only as needed to deliver the service: with airlines, hotels, ground transport providers, visa processing partners, global partner agencies and technology providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and financial records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules. Traveller profiles are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
6. Security
Access to traveller data is limited to staff and systems that need it to service your programme. We use access controls, encrypted transmission for this website, and contractual controls with partners.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Requests can be sent to supper@.
